Helpful Policies
Presently, no hotel or transportation reservations are being held. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Check-in and check-out timings will be strictly as per the respective hotel’s policy.
Any damage caused by the traveler to hotel property or transportation will be charged directly to the traveler by the hotel or service provider.
Guests are advised to check the hotel room at the time of check-in, including TV, AC, remote control, and other amenities. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
All travelers must carry valid ID / address proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport, as required.
Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and subject to availability of the hotels mentioned.
In case the listed hotels are unavailable, alternate hotel options will be provided.
Package cost may increase or decrease depending on the hotel selected.
If you are not satisfied with the alternate options, the advance amount will be refunded in full without any service charges, provided the same is communicated to us within 1 day of receiving the new hotel list.
No changes in hotels will be made without the client’s consent.
- Payment Mode: Payment can be made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of Travel X More, Jodhpur.
- Payment Terms:
- 50% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
- Remaining 50% balance payment must be paid one month before the tour date.
25% of the advance amount is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable if the tour is cancelled 15 days prior to the departure date.
75% of the total tour cost is non-refundable if the tour is cancelled 7 days prior to the departure date.
100% of the tour cost is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation without prior intimation.
